Kate Morgan, Pioneer Bank
Kate Morgan is a business banker and SBA relationship manager at Pioneer. Prior to joining the commercial team at Pioneer in 2022, she spent 8 years learning the ins and outs of SBA Lending at a local alternative lender Pursuit. During her time there, she received excellent mentorship which allowed her to find her place in the banking world after exploring and learning back-office roles. At Pioneer, she has been able to grow her knowledge in the retail banking world as well as discovering her love of networking.
When she’s not working, Kate’s spending days discovering local coffee shops, enjoying time with friend, and walking Peebles Island all while listening to Taylor Swift.

Little Serenity and Big Lauren
Big Lauren and Little Serenity are a fairly new match but they already have lots of things in common. They are both very outgoing and enjoy attending basketball games. Recently Lauren has taken Serenity to a few basketball games at UAlbany which has gotten Serenity interested in attending college once she gets older and graduates high school.
